SERVICES:
One
on One: training is an excellent way to make sure you
are doing what it takes to achieve your fitness goals. This format
allows for undivided attention, which for many helps in understanding
proper training techniques and most importantly doesn't allow
for let downs in training output. Like all my programs, you will
be challenged in a fun and safe way that will make you hungry
for the next session.
Semi
Private: training format where you and a partner train
together to meet your individual fitness goals. Don't worry about
each other's fitness level, you will receive the attention you're
looking for while saving a bit in cost (great for moral support).
A fun, challenging cost effective way to "get your fit on".
Large
& Small groups: training is an excellent and affordable
way to get fit and reach your desired fitness goals. I offer many
varied program styles. Outdoor programs consist of using the parks,
neighborhood and beaches to implement fun innovative fitness challenges.
Indoor programs at my studio are also provided. Studio programs
consist of cardio, circuit and innovative strength training.

Groups (3 to 5) - $45 per person
